I've done TM for the last 18 weeks at the age of 45. I have not missed a single rep so far. Started at 115/80/47/145 kg sqt/bench/press/dead for 5 reps on Int day. Now I'm at 136/90/51.5/163 kg x 5. Increasing by 1 kg most weeks (0.5 kg on the press). So it is possible for middle aged guys to run TM. On a couple of my off days each week I've done some cardio and technique practice as well.
