Later Stages Novice Tweaking
54 yr old - 5.10 - 205 - 11 weeks in'ish
Squat 265 (+5)
Deadlift 260 (+5)
Bench 170 (+2.5)
Standing Press 110 (+2.5)
Bent Over Rows 95 (+5) just started
I recently dropped Power Cleans because age and didn't think I was doing them right
I'm thinking about this slight twist of the Novice C program - Sun - Tue - Thur

The thought is I probably could have been more aggressive early with deadlifts - I still have some room since I'm squatting more than I deadlift. In a sense, the B day would operate as a bit of a light day.
