Hello people,
i have been training consistently and injury free for around a year now. Id like you people to give me some general feedback on my rate of progress and my current relative strength (note: for the first 4-5 months of training i was not using Starting Strength).
Bodyweight 85kg age 18
Bench: 90kg for 5 ive done(5x5 with 85)
Press: 50kg for 6
squat: 125kg for 5
Deadlift: 130 for 5
