Something that seems simple on face value.
Is tightness of belt a matter of preference, or is tighter better? Just asking since I tighten mine so as I can squeeze myself against it, but no where near as tight as Chase sets it in this vid.
I would be interested in reading the T-Nation article Rip mentions. I haven’t found it yet. Anybody have the link?
As dumb as it sounds I could never figure out how you guys used the rack to put on your belt, and in turn I always had to do it by hand. This helped. Thanks,
