I have always enjoyed Rip's presentation and sense of humor. Now it extends to the titles for the videos, too.
You'll be amazed, after reading the title (Yeah, you can do some curls), just how much gets said about curls ;)
Just do them when youre done training hahaha
I tell people I do curls as part of my training.
2 curls every 5 days. For squat and OHP, to get the bar on the hooks, I do the positive part of the curl, and then the negative when I move the bar back to the safeties!
Technically, I guess a couple more each week, when I do the same for my son's powerlifting practice... so, OK, 4 curls a week @ 45# ;)
