I forgot to save my session day before yesterday, so when I saved it today, on my next scheduled workout day, I can’t log today’s session. Any ideas how to work around this?

Hey Brent, go to "Training History", find the workout from today, then click the "date" button and it'll allow you to change the date to yesterday.
