Was on LP and just recently transitioned to HLM. Was running to 1st base in my last ball game and had a sudden pop in my hamstring followed by tremendous pain. Immediately did air squats and RDL’s with a bat as I know the worst thing you can do is nothing. I am pretty sure it is not a major injury because there is no bruising but wondering how long I should wait to get back under the bar.

I similarly injured my hamstring on 30 May. I got to my last set of warmups the following Saturday 1 June and could not get to the work sets as I felt the pop again. My coach had me do my volume DLs as usual the following workout. I experienced some tightness and slight soreness during the work sets. And then back to my heavy pulls yesterday 8 June with no issue and hit a PR.
