You look a bit upright. Get your chest down a bit more on the way down, and stay in your hips on the way up. By that, I mean preserve your back angle on the way up. Imagine the barbell resting right on your hips, and drive the hips up hard. Don't lift your chest.

Here is a follow up. I backed off down to 175. For some context I haven't squatted since the NYC camp which was at the end of March. I got up to 205 and then my schedule got busy and a missed a bunch of Squat days.
I cant tell if I am not bending over enough in this video. I am trying to focus on the "Nipple to Knees" Q to try to get the correct angle.
It looks like on the last rep I am a bit tilted to the left not sure if this is because of the camera angle or my grip.
