Hey there been experiencing some elbow pain. I'm guessing its due to how I have been carrying the bar on squats. I've been trying to keep my hands as close as possible while maintaining neutral wrists...maybe its time for a form check thanks!

Which elbow and where specifically? Your right looks more cranked up than the left here.
Also, I would narrow your stance and get your heels under your shoulders.

Hey Pete It's my left inner elbow that hurts more (mostly on bench afterr squats). I have seperated my right ac joint in the past..I wonder if this is causing the bar to be unlevel...

So I'm headed into my next squat session...is there any tips or tricks to fix this? From what I've read on the forums maybe try a slightly wider grip on one side to level the bar? Thanks
