Out of nowhere I have developed a pain in my hip crease that radiates across my glute, down the outside of my quad and to my lower back. It is sharp while squatting down, not up, and more of a dull ache the rest of the time. It came on while I was taking a few days off training, not while squatting.
Doesn't hurt a bit while deadlifting.
