Hello guys
I was a power lifter and had 7 months break due to accutance.
I’m currently doing the program.
Before the break, I was pulling sumo ( yeah yeah I know what you’re thinking) because I could lift much more weights that way.
I’m interested in getting back to PL so I’m wondering if doing sumo is OK.

Sumo is more efficient than conventional dead lifting because of the more upright position. I assume Conventional DL offers more bang for the buck as it trains a greater muscle mass over a greater range of movement-which is one of the criteria for SS. You could do both.
