Nutrition & Recovery Camps

We have a sticky up top but I just wanted to remind everyone that we are hosting two camps in Texas in the months to come. The first will be my first Nutrition Camp at Starting Strength Dallas with my colleague and fellow RD Audrey Friedman. The second will be hosted at the Wichita Falls Athletic Club with Will Morris and will include Nutrition & Rehab. The descriptions are located on the sticky above and on the events page. If you are interested in learning about how to best optimize your recovery you'll want to attend one of these to learn how to best supplement your training.
