These aren't too bad. Get your wrists straight and elbows in front of the bar and try and keep them there longer on the way up, rather than letting your elbows flare right at the beginning. Work on stabbing your hips forward rather than just leaning back. Practice making the bar bounce with your hips. Nick's video should be helpful:

Also, try and minimize the time you're spending at the rack and lockout position. Take a big deep breath, get tight and press. Also, once you've shrugged the bar up, you're done and can bring it back down.
Thanks a lot for the feedback Tony! I tried to pick up the pace today and not lingering at the top helped a ton. I was over exaggerating the shrug, I think because the book makes such a big deal about it.
I’ve got some nasty elbow pain going on right now. Hopefully that subsided and I can get some more video on Friday. Thanks for the feedback and the link!
