After watching Stan talk about potassium I realized that I probably don’t get anywhere near the RDA.
My typical diet looks like this on an average day:
Meal 1: 2 slices eziekiel bread & natural peanutbutter (ground from the hopper) and 1/2 cup greek yogurt with granola
Meal 2: whey protein shake 25g
Meal 3: ground beef & rice + raw veggies&hummus (carrots & broccoli mostly)
Meal 4: ground beef & rice again
Meal 5: casein pudding 25g with 1/2 cup greek yogurt
Im probably consuming a little over a lb of beef per day, which would be my main source of potassium, but I feel like I’m probably still a fee thousand mgs below the RDA.
Any suggestions on an easy way to get more potassium? I was thinking that adding a bit of fruit and switching the rice for potatos
