Fantastic, as usual.
It really blows my mind that we have all the data we do on the last 50 years and cannot explain those charts on the massive increases in obesity and type II diabetes. I always thought Lustig made a lot of sense -- if not his Fructose hypothesis, what are the some of the alternatives?
A whole new level of awesome. Explains both my current confusion and current results... with humor.
