I have recently downloaded the strength club app and I don't know where to start. I did starting strength for 3 months in 2018 and recently I am doing 5x5 the last 2 months. I found I liked the starting strength community better. I'm 5'6" 210lbs My squat is 200, deadlift 215, bench 130, overhead press 105. I don't know which novice program I should do or if I should do one of the texas method programs.
