Recently I started over with my squat as I was dealing with a lot of lower back pain and wanted to try to address whatever was wrong with my form. I thought I was doing better, but when I watched the video back it seems like my butt is sticking out too much on the ascension. I appreciate any help provided.
These look pretty good from this angle. But then again - its not a great angle for form checks. Please film from a rear 45 degree view at about hip height so we can better assess. And put some clips on the bar!
