Baltimore Squat Coach Development Camp - Nov 24th

We've got some spots still open for the squat coaching camp at FiveX3 training in Baltimore on Sunday, Nov 24th. At the coaching camps, we spend a lot of time going through the squat teaching method, practice teaching each other the squat, and then coach each other through some sets of five. The camp runs very much like a seminar platform session except that the staff coach will coach the coach instead of coaching the lifter.

Whether you're just starting out as a coach, want a better understanding of how to teach/coach the lifts, or are getting ready for the SSC platform evaluation, you'll leave the coaching development camp with a much deeper understanding of the "how" of the squat.
