Please don't post squats you know are high. Squat to depth and repost.
For the deadlift, keep your hands on the bar for all 5 reps for a set of 5. Put more weight on the bar. Are your plates not 450mm, is that why they're bolstered? These don't look bad otherwise.
Both lifts look good. You probably want to slow down the descent in the Squat a little. Add 5lbs.
