Long time follower of Starting Strength here. Graduated through the different training advancements from the novice LP onto the Texas Method to good ol block training.
I set 3 PRs at my last meet November 9th 2019.

My training will be based on high volume at moderate intensities, 2 or 3 squat sessions a week, 2 Deadlift sessions, and 4 bench sessions. No supplement or accessory movements at this time.
