Novice to SS Program - Lack of Arm Strength Exercises? What to add to the program?
Hi guys,
I'm completely novice to bodybuilding and I read that SS is a good starting point for beginners, so I may have a lot of questions later on.
I have read different reviews and opinions online, that starting strength program have a lack of arm exercises and don't work biceps, as I do want bigger biceps to be stronger (be easier to lift heaver things).
What do you guys recommend to add to the end of the program? (I have yet to begin the program.) Need advices/help from you guys, please, so I may save some time when starting out.
I have read people add "curl" at the end of the SS program, but I don't know what curl they mean.
There are many curls like barbell curl, hammer curl from what I have read online. What exactly curl is it to increase biceps? and is there any other excersies that should be adding, that increases biceps/arm strength, power at the end of the program?
Sorry, if I have stated anything wrong as I'm clueless to bodybuilding terms.
