DFP Training Log - Intermediate programing
5'6" / Male / 39 / 210
Goals
500 Lb Squat prior to my 40th Birthday (9/10/2020). 600 Lb. DL 225 Press. BP...don't really care, depends on my shoulder.
Have been training using Starting Strength Method for a few years.
Reset my training in December and have been using an LP / Early intermediate program for my squat. Mid-Late Intermediate program for my press. BP hurts, so I have kept it light, and have been working primarily with Flat and Incline Dumbbells and narrow grip Bench to heal. Has allowed me to focus on getting my press up.
