Thanks for any help you guys give me regarding this. For the last couple of training sessions, I've noticed that at the top of my squat my glutes are having a weird painful stretching feeling. I'm assuming this shouldn't be happening? Could it be due to tight/weak glutes or a form error? I've only noticed this as the weight has gone up. I just want to figure this out incase this could cause an injury later in my LP. Thanks.
