Hi. Making a log to keep track of my long-term progress. Started training olympic weightlifting seriously recently, learning by myself.
Current stats:
Age: 27, Weight: 102kg, Height: 1.81cm
Recent PRs:
Press: 87kgx5, 100kgx1
Bench: 123kgx5 but stopped training it for now
Squat: 234kgx5
Deadlift: 262.5kgx5
Snatch: 105kg
Clean and Jerk: 145kg
I'm running the TM/OLY hybrid from PP with some modifications.
