Inside of my elbow started to hurt progressively during each workout. Once i brace the bar and begin to walk out i feel some of the weight on the elbow joint which causes it to flare up. Please check setup

Wear an actual shirt, and narrow your grip a little. The bar is sliding down your back and you're fighting it.
