I’ve half heartedly used press 2.0 on the initial rep, but never really managed to get it right, then I use the stretch reflex/bounce at the bottom of the rep from then on. This video was really helpful, so I gave it another go this week during a press intensity set. Eventually I got it working and worked up to the top set of a single. I found it went up so easily that I went for a second and that went up pretty easily. I was so surprised at the difference that I went for a third, but messed up the technique and managed just enough to finally get it locked after a very nasty grind. I’m going to carry on using it.
