I finally have figured out what was causing my shoulder issues. It seems I will need a biceps tenodesis. I'm 24 and was benching 365 squatting 525 deadlifting 635 and pressing 225 at 238 pounds. My question is what are issues one may struggle with after this surgery. Such as will I lose some supnation strength at like deadlift. Which is no big deal because I hook grip. I plan to use the press as rehab when the surgeon gives it the ok.

I think you will probably make a full recovery and not have major downstream effects, especially if you hook for the deadlift.
