Good work Chase - heard him say yesterday that he's recently hit 390 (!!!) on the press, so anything, literally anything, he says about the press should be taken on board.

Not that I'm there yet, but what's your recommendation for a pin press when the rack isn't tall enough to safely do it inside? Seated? Kneeling?

I looked for guidance in both SSBBT3 and PPST3, but can't find anything specific.
