How much protein,carbs and fat should i be consuming.
How much have you been consuming?
300 grams protein, 400 grams carbs, 150 grams fat .
Waist circumference around belly button is 42'' (too much?) workout is Mon Wed Fri
safety bar squat 260x5x4 safety bar squat 240x5x2 safety bar squat 247.5 x 5x3
bench press 255x2,2,2,1 press 155x3x5 incline bench 210 x5x3
chins 4,3,3 deadlift 340 x5x1 chins 4.3.3
pendlay row 215x5x3
I'd go with 100 g fat with a waistline over 40
