Need some advice on losing a few inches around the waist.
Height: 6’3
Weight: 265
Waist: 44”
Lifts:
Squat: 325x5
Deadlift: 405x5
Press: 195x1x8
Bench: 225x5x3
Macros: Approx
Carbs: 420
Protein:250
Fat:100
My actual body weight is fine by me. I’m not looking for a severe cut, but getting down to a 40” waist, if possible, would be nice. I don’t do any conditioning or “cardio” except an easy couple mile walk once a week.
