Beginner Squat & Deadlift Form Check
My name is Joel and I am 6'5", 215. I am 2 months into my training and I have some some pain in my glutes/low back when I bend over. It feels similar to sciatica pain but I only feel it when I bend at the hips.
I am wondering if it is form related and would appreciate some feedback.
Squat started at 95 and worked to 195 but backed off due to pain.
