If "Texas Cafe Classics" does the actual cafe food first, and catfish doesn't make the cut because Coach Rippetoe doesn't know how his father cooked the catfish on Fridays and kept the breading on, so be it.
"Mark Rippetoe Cooks . . ." will hopefully follow, and cover all the Coach's favorite recipes (including catfish), even if not strictly from the cafe.
"Cookware by Starting Strength" needs to be the immediate next step. We'll be buying a Starting Strength spatula as soon as it's available. The hamburger steaks came out great, but we need to upgrade our spatula (happy to buy the the Starting Strength cookbook also as soon as that's out).
