I am 46 yo, 6'2", 250 lbs and struggling to break 315 for a set of 5. I also have a lot of lower back fatigue after I DL. I have been told by Andy Baker and a previous BLOC online coach that my DL looks more like a stiff-legged DL and that I need to get my hips lower. However, when I lower my hips my shins push forward moving the bar beyond midfoot. Should I widen my stance to a hybrid convention/sumo stance in order to get my hips lower and back more vertical?
