Dumb question, so I know I'll get a dumb answer.
I never thought about this before, but the guy in the picture has small feet. I have really big feet. Size 14.5 US squat shoes at 6'1". Assuming big feet are not enough to throw off this method?
Since I got some knee pain a while back, I've been keeping my chins more vertical than before, so instead of being right out at the block, I'm about 1" from it all the way down and up.
