I do “Coach Horn” stretching before every warmup and work set. Slowly getting more flexible.
Lean over more and sooner. I don't know that the TUBOW is doing you any good where it is if you're working on knee slide. Your knee slide is related to your back angle being too vertical on the way down. It should look more like it does when your coming out of the hole in this video.
