I consider my warm-up sets to be my technique practice.
The way some people obsess over technique, I swear they are expecting judges to hold up marks out of ten after every set like Dancing with the Stars. Do the lifts properly, but I'd take a scruffy 200kg deadlift over a perfect 150kg.
Here's an interesting fact: the heavier a deadlift becomes, the harder it is to do it wrong. What does that tell you about a snatch?
