I am a husband, father, and firefighter. I am currently 34 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weigh 180 pounds. I used to keep a log in the competitive training log section of the forum entitled JoeLiftsWeights Competitively, but I have chosen to start a new log here since I don't plan on competing in the near future, and I want a clean slate as I return to strength training.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1/3 lb venison and pork breakfast sausage, coffee
Lunch: 1/2 lb hamburger, pickle, plantain chips, apple
Dinner: 1/2 lb chicken breast, pickle, plantain chips, apple
Supper: at least 1/2 lb beef, potatoes, vegetable
