Thank you Inna ! This was great, wish i'd had it earlier. I tore a calf muscle at first prowler attempt a few mths ago and never went back. I now know why !
For people who don't have access to a sled or even if you have a sled but the weather isn't cooperating, give manual treadmill pushes a try. I tried them today and they were pretty brutal. Andy Baker wrote an article on them.
