I recently heard on the podcast about alternating one week doing Rack Pull and the next doing Halting deadlift for those people with a stuck deadlift who can hit sets of 5 in the mid 400s. I've read the article on the site and watched your old video on it. Am I correct that the Rack Pull weight should start near your deadlift max? The Halting should be around 80% of max? Is there anything else I should consider while replacing the deadlift with these two movements?
