Here's one more to add to the list. It's from my (former) Doctor. He told me: "Never hold your breath when you're lifting weights."
No shit - he really said that.
Never, under no circumstances, squat or deadlift when you have long femurs.
Took me a few seconds to realize this was irony.
I could easily see this being believable for the public.
I guess it's good that we published it before the NYT scooped it up.
