Love it. Unfortunately I know more than a few lifters (and young ones at that) who would agree wholeheartedly. One of them actually told me a few weeks ago to "listen to my body, take a few weeks off." To which I replied that unlike him, i look for reasons TO train, not for reasons to get out of training.
I would add, don’t lift until you’ve cleared your backlog of unseen YouTube cat videos.
