Knees hurting slightly after squat and deadlift
I've been trying to be very deliberate about my form, and wind up reading the appropriate sections of the book or watching videos before or as I'm doing the workouts. However I can tell that I'm doing something wrong regarding my knees. It doesn't hurt immediately, or during the workout. But I believe there's some strain that will eventually cause an injury if I don't correct it.
What should I look out for? I'm going to film myself doing the exercises for a form check the day after tomorrow.
I've been doing the program as written, and I'm steadily going up in weight. However I've been slow to raise weight especially on the squat because getting the form down is taking me some time.
I'm in Nashville, and do not believe there is a starting strength gym here.
I weigh 172lb (began at 150, 6' tall). Numbers as follows for my sets of 5 reps: squat 125, press 55, bench 80, deadlift 135.
