Submitting a form check on squat. Video is last set of 5 at 410lbs. My concern is coming up out of the hole, looks like my hips or lower half is shooting back and up leaving my back lower. Looks off when watching the video of mine compared to others with solid form. I've searched the forum and blue book for some ideas on this but haven't seen anything relating to that or have just missed it. Thanks for your feedback!
