I didn’t want to get on the wrong side of the health and safety guy.
Anyway, while being watched by my workmate, I one handed lifted up the section of trailer (one end still on the ground) to gauge its weight. I walked away thinking and saying “yeah that’s doable”. While I wasn’t watching the workmate tried to lift it, and told me later in broken English (he’s Polish), something on the lines of “I thought it was going to be easy, but no way!” Ha ha
Also later I also lifted up part of a baler on my own, and he looked back at me in awe lol
That is one heckuva good story. Two thumbs up!

Maybe your co-worker (Polish guy) will ask you your secret, and you can introduce him to barbell training. Good story!

I competed in the CPU Nationals last week in the Masters II 105KG class at 54 years old weighing 225lbs. Results:
    Squat - 212.5kg or 468lbs (3 for 3 on these)
Bench - 155kg or 341lbs (had to repeat my opener twice and missed my third))
    Deadlift - 242.5kg or 534lbs (3 for 3)
    Total - 610kg or 1342lbs
    Wilks 367.769

None of the lifts by themselves were PR's, but my total was a 2.5kg PR
