Day1. Bench 5x5 (heavy volume)
Press 3x5 (light 65%)
Dips 3-5 x 12

Day2. Squat 5x5 (heavy volume)
Powersnatch 5-8 x 1

Day3. Press 1x5 (heavy intensity)
Bench 3x5 (light 65%)
Tricep push down 3-5 x 12

Day4. Deadlift 1x5 (heavy intensity)
Squats 3x5 (65% light)
