    Howdy Coach,

(Tried asking this in Modifications forum, but no bites there)

My wife and I were lucky to get to borrow a barbell, lots of plates and bench from our community gym, and secure the last rack in town.

However, our ceiling is too low for a standing press. Moving the weights outside is not practical (and our forecast is for bitter cold and snow for the next 2 weeks anyways).

Should we (a) work in a seated press as a temporary standing press replacement (3 sets of 5) , (b) move it to accessory day (3 sets of 10) and up the bench press frequency, (c) move it to accessory day but keep the bench press at 1.5 times per week, or (d) none of the above?

That's because it's been dealt with about 8000 times before, and you didn't search the forum before you posted about it.
