    Default I think I missloaded the bar on GGW

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    So I am following GGW and on week 6
    I think I squated 80% 4x4 instead of 85%
    Should I keep going as if nothing happened and take it as a little deload?
    Or what should I do?

    Knowing Andy having been coached by him, I think excuses for going lighter or, less are few and far between. They usually involve unintentional missed reps or injuries and not intentional reductions. He doesn’t take prisoners. Push on.
