You have made several videos on the OHP, but this one really resonated with me the most, wherein you suggest doing all the breathing at the top of the rep. A very quick and short exhale -- followed by a huge deep inhale -- helps me get my back set. As the weight is getting heavier, I am noticing that it is the first rep that is the most difficult to press, and I think it's because I'm unable to get as tight as I need to be when un-racking the bar while in the front rack position. Plus I get lightheaded when holding my breath, un-racking, and backing up and trying to get my feet set for the first press.

My proposal is to do the first of five reps as a 'push press' to get the first rep up -- then while at the top and in the shrug I take the quick exhale followed by deep inhale to set my back tight, and finish my set of 5 with a traditional OHP. Am I wrong?
