    Which was one of the reasons I’ve always been hesitant about posting. Not my forte. I think I’ve unprivated them now.

    There is nothing about these squats that could not be fixed in 10 minutes with a coach. She's on her toes, and she's hesitant because she feels off-balance. She has not been taught to squat with her hips, she's lifting her chest, and she's afraid to go below parallel because she is off-balance. Were I there, I would stand behind her and give her my shin to lean back against at the bottom until she learned how to do it by herself.

    I’ve shown her your comments-from the horses mouth. She has heard them from me, but hearing them from you has provoked a lot of discussion. So thanks for that.

    Ideally. However it isn’t practical. My nearest SS coach is London, which may as well be in another country as far as the U.K. is concerned.
