Laughed out loud. My teenage son hardly listens to me about training. But when I say “It’s not me saying it, its Rip” he listens.
But then again he knows I will show him something in the book or in an article.

Lisa, I had twins - boy and girl (sorry to be so binary here people!). They have both trained the LP program, usually inconsistently due to sports and school obligations. The eating thing is hard for both boys and girls at that age, and yes even more so for my daughter.
But look at the bright side: she is getting under the bar and training. Wish you luck with your daughter, been there done that.
